It’s OK and important to talk about suicide
When it comes to talking about suicide, it can be hard to find the words. Whether you are trying to find a way of telling someone you are struggling, or you want to ask someone you know if they’re OK, starting the conversation can seem like a daunting task.
In this campaign video, we want people to know – 9-8-8 can help. If you call or text 9-8-8, a trained responder will support you to share what you are going through.
